• Gary sold Value Builders. Inc. to a construction company. Then relocated to Hawaii to meet his beautiful wife, Tiffany. She is a principal broker for their real estate brokerage company.

• Gary started Value Remodeling, LLC and built most of the UPS Stores, subways and residential properties in Hawaii.
• Gary has 33+ years experience being a contractor.

• Gary and Tiffany became national instructors for James Smith. They have taught & mentored thousands of people about the right strategies for today's Real Estate market.
